Wonder how people do it? Do you know what I'm talking about? Big house, nice cars, happiness, love, money$ It's

actually quite easy! It is called self empowerment. In other words controlling your emotions, your feelings, the way you

think. Those of you who don't already know, self empowerment comes from within. It starts with your inner being, your

soul, your mind, your thoughts, your feelings. Think about it, what are you feeling right now? How do you feel? Do you

feel depressed, happy, lost , afraid , confused  , excited? These feelings are generated through your mind and thoughts. If

you were to think about something that you enjoy doing, something that makes you feel good  inside, what would that

be? If you think about this particular happy thought, and the way it makes you feel, you are  generating self  happiness  

excitement  , love  . These emotions  make you feel good. When you generate those good feelings, magic happens around

you, whether you have noticed it or not! 

   Take this for example. You're having a bad day, as soon as you  wake up, you're late for work, you can't find your keys,
 
 you stub your toe etc. The lesson here is that when you're feeling bad  , stressed  , anxious  , mad  all those emotions

 work against you,  you attract negative energy upon yourself. The mind and soul are very strong  and powerful!

This makes sense if you were to stop and listen to yourself. You can have anything you want in life, money, love

happiness, success$
 
   What you must do is let go of all those bad feelings and thoughts, think about a brighter future. Let the happiness and

good thoughts flow within you. If you're feeling good, recognize this , use it to empower yourself. Say to yourself, I'm

feeling good, and really fill it within you! Practice this when you are feeling negative, you will change your mind set. The

people out there that do know how to use self empowerment are living there dreams as we speak! I want to help you as they
